SALON PRICING / POLICIES
Our pricing is determined on a per-hour basis for colour and then a per-row basis for extensions, as per SKILL level of each stylist.
Methods of Installation
We do two differnet methods of installation in our salon, The Freya Method and the Beaded Sew In method.
The Freya Method is a hidden bead method created by Bombshell Extensions Inc in 2017. There are no visible attachments when installed, you can flip your hair up and down and they will be undetectable, even with a ponytail.
The Beaded Sew In method (BSW) is a non-hidden bead method that allows you to wear your extensions for 6 continuous months.
Both methods require 1-2.5 rows depending on the amount of hair. The most common installation consists of 2 rows.
1 row - This is for those who want fullness and no length
2 rows - This is for those that want fullness & length, or maximum fullness and length
2.5 Rows - A half row is required for those with THICK hair or those with short or blunt hair who want to add the most length (example, shoulder length bob wanting 22" extensions will need 2.5 rows)

INSTALL FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE HAIR
We are exclusive to Freya Hand Tied extensions. This is our in-house brand of extensions that we have sourced and curated.
- 20" 60 grams - $375 per package
- 16" 50 grams - $275 per package
Please note you will need anywhere from 2-3 packages for a FULL length installation.
Maintenance
The Freya Method requires a tightening maintenance every 4-6 weeks, depending on hair growth speed. This cost is $55 and takes approximately 30 minutes. This method can be worn for 4 continuous months; at the 5th maintenance appointment, it must be completely removed and reinstalled. The cost for reinstallation is $125/per row. This appointment will take approx 2.5 hours.
The Beaded Sew In method (BSW) must be tightened every 4-6 weeks. This tightening is $40 and takes approximately 15 minutes. At The 7th maintenance appointment, this method must be completely removed and reinstalled. The cost of reinstall is $125/row and takes approx 2 hours.
A wash can be added to any of the maintenance appointments.
Bringing Your Own Wefts:
We are able to do installs of wefts purchased separate from our salon, depending on the hair. The type of hair will determine the install method we are able to use. The cost is $125 per row, and rows are determined by the type of hair and amount of hair as per the stylist's recommendation.

BRUSHING
Your extensions need to be brushed at least 3-5 times a day; this will eliminate tangles and keep them silky, soft and smooth! Gently brush your extensions starting at the bottom. It is important to be gentle with your extensions while brushing, as any harsh/hard brushing can cause the extension to slip. We recommend using a salon grade detangler.
WASHING AND CONDITIONING
Please remove any tangles (if any) before washing! Always make sure you're washing your extensions correctly, avoid rubbing, twisting and massaging your extensions together. Only use shampoo at the roots, not on the end of your extensions, as this can cause your extensions to dry out! Avoid putting conditioner on your scalp to prevent the beads from slipping.
Always use conditioner from mid shaft to ends, as your extensions will not get the natural oils from your scalp. This is very important for keeping your extensions silky and smooth. Avoid keratin, protein and silicone based shampoo and conditioners as they will cause your extensions to matt.
DRYING
It is best to let your hair dry naturally; you can use a hair dryer on low heat/cool setting. While sleeping, put your hair in a pony tail or braid to avoid tangles.
STYLING
These extensions are 100% human hair, so you can curl, flat iron, colour & style them like your natural hair. The extensions must be protected, so make sure you're using proper products. The more products the better. Never throw your extensions in a messy pony tail or braid, as this will cause them to get split ends, tangle or even matt up. Matting will cause damage to your natural hair; we always suggest wearing your extensions in a braid when not styled to avoid tangles & damage.
PROCESSING
Do not colour or do any other chemical process to your own hair extensions. Let us take care of that for you! It is not recommend to lighten hair extensions.
ACTIVITIES
Try to stay away from salty and chlorinated water. Try to wear a cap when swimming or keep your hair extensions out of the water. Avoid the use of sunscreen on your extensions (sunscreen & chlorinated water can cause them to turn peachy/pink). Wear your hair up, in a ponytail or braid your hair in a loose braid for any kind of physical activity or sports.
REMEMBER
If you will treat and care for your extensions properly, your hair extensions will last their ultimate life time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours (or no-shows), there will be a $30 cancellation fee added to your account that must be paid before booking any other service/appointment with Bombshell Extension Studio.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we still have time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of the results. If we no longer have time for your service, you will be charged a $30 fee.
WARRANTY
Bombshell Extensions is happy to warranty any extensions that comes unraveled.
HAIR EXTENSIONS & WEAR
Bombshell Extensions is not responsible for the way you use any product you purchase from our studio. We do not accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after (or due to) installation of our products or services, as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns of used hair extensions as they are classed as Hygienic Product. Deposits & services are Non-Refundable under any conditions or circumstances. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will look at replacing the hair for you within 7 days of purchase.
We CANNOT guarantee the extensions if you do not purchase the recommended products during your installation.
DEPOSITS
A non refundable deposit of half the package cost is required to book. Deposits & hair is non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before you order. Additionally, once the service has been completed, there are no refunds on any aspect of the costs associated with the service.
